Based on our research - together with Ghent University - we revealed the relationship between innovation-related behavior and actual success. This behavior can be linked to three main innovation process stages.
By taking this test you will receive a score for each of these skills.
Opportunity identification, idea generation, creative problem solving, idea assessment & screening
Idea promotion, idea selling, approval and support acquisition, resource mobilization
Project management, problem-solving and complaint-handling, prototyping, development facilitation
On the following pages you will find 15 cases, which describe an innovation-related challenge or problem situation. Listen to the audio and look at the storyboard attentively.
Below each case you will find two potential responses to solve the case. For each case you will be presented with 10 to 15 different answer pairs. The cases are situations that take place in medium to large organizations. Choose the action you would apply in the specific circumstances given. When you get a new pair, evaluate which action you would apply independent from the previous choices you have made.
The test will take approximately 1 hour. Avoid hesitating too long before making a choice. There are plenty of opportunities for you to show your innovative skills.
After completing the test you will receive your score immediately.
